By accessing or using GloLive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GloLive is a faith-based livestream and social media platform designed to connect believers worldwide. The Service allows users to create and share content, livestream, engage in community discussions, share prayer requests, and support ministries and non-profits.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on GloLive. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, and display your content in connection with providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is hateful, threatening, or promotes violence
  • Contains pornography or sexually explicit content
  • Promotes false or misleading information
  • Harasses or bullies others
  • Contains spam or commercial solicitation

5. Community Guidelines

GloLive is a faith-based platform. We expect all users to:

  • Treat others with respect and kindness
  • Share content that aligns with Christian values
  • Support and encourage fellow believers
  • Report inappropriate content or behavior
  • Use the platform to build up, not tear down

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms.

6. Donations and Payments

GloLive facilitates donations to ministries and non-profits. All donations are final and non-refundable unless required by law. We are not responsible for how recipient organizations use donations. Tax deductibility depends on the recipient organization's status.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GloLive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOLIVE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
